Jun Ynares III (right) joined by (right to left) Congressmen Robbie Puno, Joel Duavit, Mark Sambar and Congresswomen Adeline Zaldarriaga conferred the Anak ng Lahing Bayani (ALAB) NG Rizal to Maestro Lucio San Pedro, Carlos “Botong” Francisco and Arthur Espiritu represented by their families in recognition of their outstanding achievements to various fields which brings honor and pride to the province of Rizal.
