MOA SIGNING FOR TRANSITIONAL SHELTER – Rizal Gov. Jun Ynares III and Mayor Leandro Masikip, Sr. sign the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) of the Pililla Transitional Shelter Project at Barangay Hulo, Pililla, Rizal. The project was in coordination with the Rizal provincial government, the municipality of Pililla and Handicap International which will provide site development, livelihood and transitional shelter to 94 families.
