LIVELIHOOD ASSISTANCE – Rizal Gov. Jun Ynares III (left) hands over a facsimile check to Ma. Victoria F. Hermoso, leader of one of the recipient associations of the livelihood assistance from the provincial government and the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) totaling to P220,000.00 to be used exclusively as capital for their livelihood project. The provincial government spearheaded by Gov. Ynares continues to give high-impact assistance program to its constituents.
