SPECIAL PROGRAM FOR EMPLOYMENT OF STUDENTS – Rizal Gov. Jun Ynares III assisted by Ms. Gertie Sison of the Provincial Planning Office distributed certificates and cash to 548 recipients of the Special Program for Employment of Students (SPES) 2011 at the Ynares Center, Antipolo, Rizal. The program is a joint undertaking of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and the Provincial Government aimed at exposing and educating the students to the rudiments of working.
