Rizal Gov’t employees undergo emotional, personality training

RIZAL Capitol, Antipolo, Rizal – The Rizal provincial government collaborated with Smart Communications, Inc. in the conduct of an emotional quotient and power personality seminar recently for some 65 employees as part of the province’s employee development program.

Concerned with the welfare of the Capitol’s employees, Rizal Gov. Jun Ynares partnered with the wireless service provider in providing opportunities in individual growth through personality empowerment needed in providing the highest standard of public service to the province’s constituents. In a report to Gov. Ynares, the Human Resource Management Office (HRMO) said that aside from this course on power personality, the employees underwent also training on emotional quotient (EQ) which will help individuals realize its importance in nurturing personal and professional relationships.

According to Smart, other courses are available for employees, packaged to elevate customers’ satisfaction on services rendered by the government. “This is a way to show to our people in public service that we care for their individual development,” Gov. Ynares said.

BLOOD DONORS

Ynares Tiangge, Muling Bubuksan

YNARES CENTER Complex, Antipolo, Rizal – Muling bubuksan sa publiko ng pamahalaang panlalawigan ng Rizal ang Ynares Tiangge sa malawak na complex ngayong Setyembre 23, kasabay ang selebrasyon ng Family Day ng mga opisyal at empleyado ng Kapitolyo na naglalayong mapagbuklod ang mga ito para sa pagbibigay ng mas magandang serbisyo-publiko.

Ikalabing-isang taon nang ginagawa ang tianggeng ito na sinimulan noong 1999 ng dating gobernador na si Gob. Ito Ynares, ama ng kasalukuyang gobernador na si Gob. Jun Ynares.

Iba’t ibang kalakal at paninda ang nakapaloob sa mahigit na 300 stalls, kasama na rin ang ibat-ibang rides na mistulang karnabal.

Ang Ynares Tiangge ay isang taunang proyektong pangkabuhayan na inaasahang makakapagbigay hanapbuhay sa mga Rizaleño at maliliit na mga negosyante mula sa iba’t ibang lugar ng lalawigan. Ang proyekto ring ito ay inaasahang makapagpapasigla ng turismo sa lalawigan at makapagpapalakas sa ekonomiya nito.

Pamahalaan ng Rizal, muling magsasagawa ng Sagip-Buhay

SAN JUAN Gym, Taytay, Rizal – Bilang tugon sa panawagan ng Department of Health (DOH) para sa mas maraming donasyon ng dugo, ang pamahalaang panlalawigan ng Rizal, sa pamumuno ni Rizal Gob. Jun Ynares ay muling magsasagawa ng isang bloodletting na tinaguriang “Sagip-Buhay” sa Setyembre 24 ng taong kasalukuyan, upang makakolekta ng donasyong dugo para sa mga nangangailangang biktima ng dengue sa lalawigan  at sa Kamaynilaan. Muli, katuwang ng pamahalaang panlalawigan ang mga medical staff at volunteers at Philippine Red Cross – Rizal Chapter.

Matatandaang noong nakaraang buwan ay nagsagawa na rin ng Sagip-Buhay sa Binangonan plaza kung saan  naubusan ang Red Cross ng blood bags dahil sa dami ng mga nagmamalasakit na Rizaleño na nag-donate ng dugo.

Kasabay ng bloodletting activity na ito ay ang medical-dental mission, reflexology services, at bakuna laban sa rabies sa mga aso na gaganapin naman sa patio ng simbahang katoliko na kalapit lamang ng San Juan gym. 

Samantala, sa Event Center ng SM City Taytay magaganap naman ang Mobile Passport Service na handog ng Department of Foreign Affairs at ng pamahalaang panlalawigan ng Rizal. Nakipag-ugnayan na ang lalawigan sa lahat ng mga barangay sa bayang ito upang maipabatid ang gawaing ito na bahagi ng serbisyo-publiko ng pamahalaang panlalawigan.

Ang lahat ng mga naturang gawain ay bahagi ng pinaigting na serbisyo-publiko ng pamahalaang panlalawigan at bilang makabuluhang paraan ng pagdiriwang ng kaarawan ni dating Gob. Rebecca “Nini” A. Ynares, butihing ina ng kasalukuyang punong lalawigan Gob. Jun Ynares.
OUTSTANDING POLICEMAN – Rizal Gov. Jun Ynares awards the plaque of appreciation and Php25,000.00 to SPO1  Manuel Padlan for having been chosen as one of the awardees in the 2011 Metrobank Foundation search for the Country’s Outstanding Policeman in Service (COPS).
