Joel Duavit are the first eye patients undergo free eye check-up conducted by Tzu Chi Foundation medical in-charge, Dr. Antonio Say and Dr. Karen Velasco, coinciding with the inauguration of the Rizal Provincial Hospital System – Angono Branch.
