LOAN AGREEMENT

Rizal Gov. Jun Ynares III and Gilda Pico, President and CEO of Land Bank of the Philippines (second and third from left) sign the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for a loan facility in favor of the Provincial Government of Rizal for the construction of a hospital in the boundaries of San Mateo and Montalban, both in Rizal Province. Other officials included in the signing ceremony are (right to left) Attorney Rolando Rivera and  Treasurer Ma.
