Domingo (seated, left) sign a memorandum of agreement (MOA) for the construction of classrooms in Rizal province under the DepEd-LGU counterparting for classroom construction program. The Rizal provincial government has allocated funds enough to build 129 additional classrooms for public schools in the province.
